learning by TV, writing task 2, 2018 previously noted question

Some people claim that children can learn effectively by watching television. I partially disagree with the idea that children should be encouraged to watch television regularly due to the fact the traditional media does not aim to create educational television series regularly.
Generally, television programs are selected because of their likelihood of being watched by the majority of people. If the educational program is not popular enough, it means the educational project will have a lower budget. As a result, the lower budget will limit staff of educational project. This evil cycle creates populist media which is useless for young students.
Therefore, watching television for a long time may increase the likelihood of having psychiatric problems such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and depression. In addition, it may be a reason for a lack of physical activity which is one of the common reason for health problems.
Besides that, internet is more efficient than traditional technology. Internet has increasingly become more popular than television. Television cannot allow us to interact with people who watch while the internet can easily help us to communicate with our viewers. Internet is also very useful to produce educational software which helps students better because of its advanced functions.
On the other hand, it is possible to create television channels that only have useful educational content which verified by educational experts and psychologists.
In conclusion, I believe that watching television regularly to learn is not a very effective strategy to improve the skills of children while educational programs should be added to traditional media.
