Three pie charts

The given pie charts illustrate the changes in yearly spending by local authorities in the three years 1980, 1990 and 2000. In general, there are 6 types of spending sources. In all years, higher education accounts for the highest figure. In 1990, the percentage of higher education was almost half of the total spending.
In both 1980 and 1990, the figures of environmental services, other and health and human resources were almost the same. In 1990, the percentage of health and human resources was almost doubled and reached to 20 percent. Therefore, the percentages of the transportation and K-12 education were reduced to 6 % and 20 % respectively.
In 2000, the rate of money which spent on transportation approximately tripled to 22 % from 6 %. Type of “other” reduced to 1 % which is the lowest number. The number of environmental section is doubled while health and human resources exactly halved to 10 %.
